totally off topic, but this is my new favorite breakfast snack. straus yogurt, bear naked peak protein granola & blueberries. it's only a snack, cause i am still hungry afterwards.

several weeks ago, i was flying to hawaii and i came across this picture (above) in the airline magazine, hemispheres. for some reason, it totally reminded me of this piece (below) i did for the idaho falls album, concrete prairie, back in 2004. i don't think they are together anymore.

lots of stuff

i have a few illustrations in the new book son of stitch 'n bitch. i didn't do any technical illustrations in this one. i actually had to draw boys though. imagine that. i would have posted sooner, but it is too dark to take a decent picture by the time i get home during the week. sad.

also got my holiday card this week! i like how it turned out. did you get one? no? then send me your address. wanna buy some? email me. sooner or later next year, i'll get a proper shop up.

my friend heidi gave me a paperwhite bulb about a month ago. this is what it looked like nine days ago. it's about 10 times as big today! in other news, my holiday card is at the printer now. i can't wait to see it.
